Sample Boxes
Sample boxes are free to all couples who have booked and paid the deposit to secure their date. If you would like to purchase a sample box before booking, the price is £25 plus postage. The £25 fee will be deducted from the cake price once the order is confirmed. Sample boxes are prepared twice a year. Contact us for the next available dates.

Madagascan Vanilla Bean
Classic vanilla bean sponge with strawberry conserve and lashings of Madagascan vanilla bean buttercream.
Sicilian Lemon
Beautiful lemon sponge made with fresh lemons and filled with Sicilian lemon curd and a tangy lemon buttercream.
Cherry Bakewell
Almond and cherry sponge with a cherry berry conserve and a cherry flavour buttercream. Warning: contains nuts.
Rich Fruit Cake
A six-month matured fruit cake packed full of fruit and soaked in brandy.
Must be ordered in advance so that it can mature for the required six months. Warning: contains nuts.
Raspberry & White Chocolate
Raspberry-flavoured sponge with little bursts of crumbled raspberries and white chocolate chips, filled with raspberry conserve and lashings of raspberry and white chocolate buttercream.
Mango & Passion Fruit
Caramelised sponge made with a hint of citrus and tiny bursts of mango Filled with mango and passion fruit coulis and mango and passion fruit buttercream.
Biscoff
Caramelised sponge with the slightest hint of cinnamon, filled with a layer of biscoff spread and a biscoff-flavoured buttercream.
Salted Caramel
Salted caramel-flavoured sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream and a thin layer of salted caramel.
Champagne & Raspberry Ripple
Champagne-flavoured sponge teamed with a raspberry ripple filling.
Walnut Latte
Latte flavoured sponge with pieces of walnut running through, filled with a delicate Vanilla Latte buttercream. Warning: contains nuts.
Chocolate
Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream.
Other variations available are hazelnut spread, chocolate orange or black cherry buttercream, and salted caramel.
